Only "might" mind!

A not to be missed event that is a bit like a buying the Crystal Days boxset to find it is re-released in a cheaper format later. I do a little bit, but surely if this a 30th anniversary gig it shouldn't just be the playing of Ocean Rain from start to finish. It should have some difference, namely it should cover anything within the 30 years of Mac and Will working together. Chance to get your Electrafixion wish-lists in. Maybe that'll be a no chance.

I can understand in some ways why they might repeat it up in Liverpool, give the northerners a bit of fairness when we southerners only have to travel a few miles into London.
Play a few dates here and there, so then the American fans who can't afford to splash out to come over here, will also get their bit too

I can understand in some ways why they might repeat it up in Liverpool, give the northerners a bit of fairness when we southerners only have to travel a few miles into London. But I say for a little bit more fairness, they should at least take the "Ocean Rain" circus to the US. Play a few dates here and there, so then the American fans who can't afford to splash out to come over here, will also get their bit too. Other than those, leave it that.

zabird wrote:Sure. What the hell. Why not. They can bring the circus to the Hollywood Bowl or the Greek Theatre. Play Ocean Rain with the Philharmonic. Willie Nelson did it. Why not them too? Then I don't have to blow my tax refund -- and my special economy-stimulating rebate from Uncle Sam -- to see it at the RAH
Meanwhile, I like that X is celebrating its 31st anniversary with special shows
