Jesus Jack, I know I'm supposed to be cryptic but your 'something for me' post refers.

As it happens all Guardian readers talk nonsense.

I thought it was a reference to the fact that I hate The Guardian.

Yeah it's Fox News, MichelleMalkin.com and AnnCoulter.com for Jack. The Guardian, Pah!
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Did anyone read Octavia's thread "New Site" on the other forum.

I feel her and Zabird (re:proofreader needed) are just offering constructive criticism.

Here we are on page 10, but not many of these pages are bashing the other site in my opinion.

And Tonywojo, are you from the states?

I completely agree with Octavia on her opinion.
I'm actually wondering why Peter didn't name the homepage something like "index.htm" or "index.html"
That seems to be the tradition.

As for this thread - it's at 141 posts.
By my quick glance, that's #2 for this whole forum, behind "Does anyone care about Echo & The Bunnymen anymore"

There's a reason this thread's now at 10 pages.

Sure there's a lot of the usual silliness interspersed, but the topic at hand (censorship) is important. And if I'm not mistaken, it's one of the reasons Brian opened this forum in the first place.

And what bashing goes on here is usally in a playful and loving manner.

Yes. I always bash "black francis" playfully and lovingly.

"Bashing Black Francis". I like that. I just submitted it to Willy's World of Male Masturbation Euphemisms!

Oh, and I thought you just wrote a lot of incomprehensible drivel! Cryptic, is it? Now I'll have to go back and read all that twaddle again to decipher the layered linguistic gymnastics.

To save you some time, I was the one who referred to the posts and some others on the other forum as "cryptic" because it was like deciphering some kind of code. I though it was an England thing
