Back then I was a frail 150 lb bartender at that particular venue but they needed extra crew for that show and I volunteered because I thought it would be new and exciting. They didn't tell me the service elevator was broken and these guys had a semi truck full of stuff that wouldn't fit on that venues stage as they were unusually playing larger stages. So we had to unload the whole thing to get to the equipment they would use and load it all back in. Then I thought I would get to see them from the side stage. Instead I got to sit outside by the truck. Oh and it was about 95 degrees. I didn't even get a free t-shirt and I got paid minimum wage instead of the tips I was used to getting.
Long story short, I hate Icehouse because of this.
