Paul McCartney played drums on USSR, Ballad of John & Yoko, Why Don't We Do It In The Road?, and Honey Pie.
Paul actually wrote most of the drums parts, from what I understand, and showed Ringo what he wanted him to play. Paul went in, supposedly, and often re-recorded Ringo's parts without him knowing for fear of upsetting him.
This doesn't make Ringo a bad drummer - just Paul's role in the drum parts is often unrecognized.
When asked if Ringo was the best drummer in the world, John replied he wasn't the best drummer in the Beatles.
