Anyone who can navigate that city has my unending admiration. There were a few times I just wanted to crawl up into the fetal position and call it a night. I was useless, Mr. Brian with his Blackberry and NY book was next to useless, withahip we just knew better than to ask him anything imprtant, but Jack mildly impressed me though I think that has more to do with his ego and blind self assurance than actual knowledge of the city.
It was pretty amazing being on the 23rd floor of the hotel and watching everything go on below. Take a ten minute subway ride and you're in a whole different NY. A two hour subway ride back and you finally make it back to your hotel. And the people were really nice too.
Hopefully if/when I make it back I will make a better accounting of myself.
