How to annoy your family on a Saturday night

Watch BBC 1's 'Find a new Nancy for Oliver ' show and keep singing Half Man Half Biscuit's "Mariella Frostup does loads of voiceovers but nothing much else yet she seems to get byyyyyyyy" from the song 'You're Hard'.
Had my three year old daughter singing word for word tonight. Its what her Dad would have wanted.

What would be the American version of that?
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

It amuses me that a show about finding a Nancy is hosted by Graham Norton.

Agreed. The Beeb seems to be obsessed about gays these days. It's everything. Torchwood, Doctor Who (camp show with a camp writer), even Eastenders had to have a bleedin gay "civil partnership" storyline the other night. Lesbians, that's fine though. We could do with some more woman-on-woman action. As long as they are not the butch-looking ones, or those "transgender" people who claim to be men by taking a few drugs, grow stubble, cut their hair short and yet keep their female bits intact and then have babies.

arrgh....

Just like my favorite British actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

Spacey jumped the shark with this nifty little incident:

Hmmm.
Why was he walking his dog at 4am?

Sounds a bit suspicious to me.

That's completely normal when you're making clandestine trips to hot spots for closeted homosexuals.

Or is that just me?

I think an explanation of that expression would do a lot for international relations.
