Ian's memoir set to publish in 2009

General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

I meant when he was a child. He was pretty fucking weird! I don't see how that weirdness would just go away when he got older. Someone like that shouldn't need drugs. He can entertain himself.
That's part of the reason I love this band. His weirdness. Most other artists just pretend.
Should I go back to the "other" forum now for praising Mac's weirdness?

With you insane - mind you you'd have to agree with your name.

Stay on here - the debates are so stimulating - but there's no need for all the swearing.

Frank was right that sometimes natural weirdos need drugs.

Don't go to the dark side, Jane! ... wait ... are we the dark side?

He IS an odd duck. Just happens to be a good looking one fronting a band called the Bunnyboys.

Didn't he himself admit to being obsessive-compulsive when he was a boy? You don't outgrow that, I don't think.

So THAT'S why he doesn't change up the setlist.
The OCD compels him to play all the same songs in the same order, night after night... year after year.

I feel so bad. I thought he was just wasted and/or lazy.

How come this site is red and black and the other one's white and pale blue?

Why did you chose red and black, Mr Brian?

Had you been playing too much roulette when you invented it?

imo the reason Ian's book ain't gonna be scandolicious is because he has a daughter under 30.
He's still a dad.

I'm staying on the dark side where I can derail all the topics because over here that's easier to do. Over there, EVERY topic seems to be about the Bunnymen
It's been two years since they've been in the U.S. and I find it hard to make them the ONLY topic of conversation. It's easier for the British and European fans to constantly talk about everything Bunnymen because they've actually played there occasionally in the not so distant past

because red and black are satanic of course!

I didn't really pick red and black, it just kind of happened. I wanted to use the Bunnygod in the design and my original site (just the tab and discography site) used a black background already that went well with some of the album artwork thumbnails. That just happened to go well with the red Bunnygod. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

Actually I've been meaning to redo the color scheme just to give it a fresh coat. It might behoove myself and others to make the color scheme a little more work friendly too.
