Mostly positive review. The bring up some great comparisons and how we might approach the new album...No doubt, opinions will vary.

Wish I'd ordered the vinyl rather than the cd, so I could play it at 45rpm.

I'm fairly pleased I haven't ordered it at all.

"The album consists of 13 definitive tracks all envisaged by their creator" ....... singular?

Call me an old miserable git if you like but in terms of 'reimagining', so far there's not much going on is there, apart from KM as a piano bar background tinkle with some old bloke heavy breathingdown the telephone?

The orchestrations on the live ocean rain were great I thought, but these are all a bit BBC Orcestra on Friday Night is Music Night.

He’s spot on though with his point that Mac has his vocals turned up too high. At the last gig I went to you could hardly hear Will. Wonder how they’ll sound tonight on Mark Riley? If the ‘greatest voice in the world’ is off, what’s the betting he’s had a cold??

Could be written by Morrissey under an alias. He's probably just sick and tired of Mac bringing up the fact he mispronounced chasm. And, that he referred to the The Velvet Underground as The Velvets.

Hilarious! This is obviously a joke, right? I’m no fan of Morrisey but I’d seriously doubt he’d even read it!

Mojo (special 300th edition, u2, bad seeds, wilko etc on the cd, buns? Na, dont be silly), gives it 3 stars, though is mostly positive. Did laugh out loud at on comment so Mrs FC did ask what was so amusing - I said she wouldn't understand, and she didn't - stars are stars .... benefits from an audibly present Will Sergeant.
