Was there Saturday night - totally on form. Mac and Will and the whole band really were enjoying the show as was everyone in the audience. I probably say this every December but best I have seen them in a long time. Mac looks like he has lost a couple of pounds to say the least and looking fit and well for it and sounding damn good especially on the big vocal parts on Ocean Rain (though Mrs C thinks he therefore must be ill!!!!). Lot's of Mac banter that had the crowd - and the band (especially Ste who was pissing himself) - lapping it up. Nice references to Les and especially Pete.

Setlist - as purloined by Mrs Chunkyhair:

Crocodiles - excellent opener
Rescue
Heads Will Roll - not heard them play that live since 1984!!!!
All That Jazz
Meteorites
Seven Seas
People Are Strange
Constantinople
Rust
Over The Wall
Zimbo - not on set list, thrown in on Mac's instructions
Never Stop
Dancing Horses - sublime!
The Killing Moon
The Cutter
Encore
Nothing Lasts Forever
Lips Like Sugar
Encore
Ocean Rain (set list shows Back of Love/Ocean Rain?)

All in all - a great gig only ruined by getting effing soaked while being forced to go Christmas shopping on the Saturday!

It was a brilliant night and I'm now the proud owner of Mac's sweaty towel that my friend caught  And yes the references to Les & Pete were very sweet as was his little hug with Will. And it was so good to hear them do Heads Will Roll

Friday night -superb! had great spot and venue was packed but comfortable. Bunnymen were on fire.

Sat night - superb again, however my evening was completely ruined... To the girl in front of me: I hope you had a great time shouting drivel to your mates and looking at your TV sized phone with your back to the stage. You must have money to burn to pay for a ticket for a band you clearly have no interest in. You ruined the gig for me you self centered moron. Pumping the air once with your fist must have been a highlight for you. Nice one! I moved away from her as I was so angry I may have snapped and confronted her... however, couldn't find a decent spot as the venue was oversold and you couldn't move in there.... ended up at back by bar with all the knobheads talking and a million miles away from the stage....torture... great..NOT.... so upset and angry...didn't want to confront her and maybe end up making myself even more angry upset.

Set list a little different each night...

Seen them many, many times, 3 this year, and that was the best iv'e seen them play for years. Tight, great set list, he wasn't in a strop and the atmosphere was brilliant.
Usual dicks filming the whole thing and not just experiencing it.
Some songs not heard for a long time.
Roll on next year.

As other's have said a great night! Superb sing alongs from the crowd as well, great atmosphere on and off the stage. Would love to see a porcupine tour as well
Was a superb end to a pretty cool 2015 for the bunnymen, from the philharmonic to LIMF and ending up in the academy, not to mention the solo gigs.
Have good Xmas all!

Heads Will Roll was immense Dr C. I've no doubt they could pull off the whole of Porcupine, there's some cracking b sides from that era as well.
