Amazing how time has flown! Wasn't there last time, but looking forward to seeing them this time around. Hopefully some dry weather please.

Anyone know the stage time for Monday? Is it best to park in town and get a bus or taxi over there?

According to the app it's 8:10. dunno how many roads are shut around the park, but a taxi should get you close enough.

All went pretty well, a short best of set list, Lips, Rescue, Never stop, Dancing horses, Cutter, Nothing lasts for ever, Silver, Seven seas, Killing moon, Villiers, Ocean rain. The Philharmonic orchestra added an extra dimension to the sound as you would expect and it stayed dry for the Bunnymen as well!
Nice to see the old video footage either side of the stage as well on the big screens.
Perfectly timed ending with Ocean rain hitting a crescendo as the fireworks went off above stage, cheesy maybe, but fantastic!
Great effort to who ever filmed half the gig not sure I could ever bother doing that, but I enjoyed watching it again.

Plenty of decent music during the day as well, highlights for me were Space, Hooton tennis club, Luna, The Visitors, Spxken, also watched Barberos not really what I would normally listen to but they did look and sound pretty good!
You can not go wrong with a freebie.

Did you go VB? I used to watch the video of do it clean from pop carnival over and over. Superb performance. Mac looks leathered but that adds to it. I always regret missing that gig, but I was only 13 and didn't even know it was happening.

Yes indeed, enjoyed it, bit weird having such a short set but they were in fine form.
