Not that anyone asked but IMHO Evergreen has not aged well
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Not that I have either. I think I see crow's feet.

It does sound like a 90s album but I'll take that entire batch of songs over the Grey Album any day.

Spot the knobhead at the front of the queue with his 30 quid.

Purveyor of the 'semi-predictable one-liner (which) embodies the essence of the type of comedic crap we grew to love here. VB is a crazy fool'

I disagree I think Evergreen sounds great. I play it every few months and I still think it's great album.

A. Empire State Halo is one of the greatest EATB songs ever.
B. I don't remember any of the other songs.
C. It is amazing they did Peel Sessions for Evergreen back from 79-81. Again, the band was ahead of its own time.

It is also a little known fact that Dr Cheese was moaning about the predictability of their set list in 1974.

haven't played it for a while, in fact this weeks porcupine-fest is the first i've played for a few months. Last time i did still liked it - like how the second half mellows out a bit. Also like baseball bill though a few around here don't or prefer the fixion version.
