kind of interesting on all sides, - us lot south of the border seem to have no say in the matter, and the boys on whitehall seem to be panicking (I'm taking the view that they only said OK go on, have a vote on it because they thought it would be pretty well a foregone conclusion), whilst that salmond bloke just promises more and more stuff he doesn't know he can deliver because they haven't (or so they say) started negotiating yet.
Sticking my neck out I predict a nay by a larger margin than the polls currently suggest - though I have no evidence of any kind for that, just that people tend to be a bit conservative (with a small c) on big decisions or general elections. Again I may be wrong on that too. I wonder too what the turnout will be.
Jimbo - you live there, what's occurring?
