I think Monty Python was very much of it's time, I used to love them in my youth but watching it today it's just not funny really. Holy Grail and Life of Brian are classic films though.

was listening to live at drury lane a while ago and thought the same thing - well some bits made me laugh but all the philosophy bollocks, well. Mostly reminded me of my old mate Wes who used to know it all off by heart.

I like watching the movies but I agree on the series. Reminds me of watching the original Saturday Night Live. Ahead of it's time but didn't age well, people forget all the bad skits and cull the best lines out of the good skits that ran on and on.
