if something is alleged then it stands that either a) you did it or b) you didn't do it. both possibilites are viable so both states exist. subsequently one is both a) guilty b) non-guilty until a definitve answer is reached. this is why the tabloids can get away with lies asuntil ther eis a definive either state is possible. rather simple really!
