The purple one (and I don't mean Aki)

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

Taking Mrs 5 Times to watch Prince in Manchester next Friday. I've never been a fan but I hear his shows are fantastic. Anybody ever been to a Prince concert?

This one's down to the missus. And if Ms Minogue does a Mac and asks the lighting guy to turn them down I will be asking for a refund.

Be good watching Kylie at the Echo arena. I like that venue. I'm tempted to watch Neil Young there in July but I don't think my funds will stretch that far.

I've seen Prince before he became a Jehovah's Witness and it was a spectacular show at the Hollywood Bowl. My only complaint is I dislike medleys. I wanna hear the entire song. other than that you can't take your eyes off him and I contend he is one of the greatest guitar players of all time.

With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Bit pointless paying to see him then. Might as well just sit in your house every Saturday and Sunday afternoon when there's a major sporting occasion on the telly, he's bound to knock on your door eventually with a handful of leaflets.

The image of Prince walking through the neighborhood passing out religious leaflets in purple high heels always brings a manly tear to my eye.

Great show by Prince on Friday night. Pity about the fans- posh forty- something knobheads who were volleyed after 4 pints and spent the night attempting to dance like Prince. They looked absolutely ridiculous. Daft woman near us started dancing in the aisle and fell over- hilarious.
