General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

British population is getting too fat for the planet

The human population is getting too fat for the planet, and Britain is responsible for 3 per cent of the excess flab despite only having 1 per cent of the world's people, research shows.

And then we can make big fat love

According to the CDC, two-thirds of Americans are overweight or obese.

BB King was heckled at a gig in St Louis after playing an erratic show during which he only completed a handful of songs – watch footage of the performance above.

The 88 year-old blues legend took to the stage at the Peabody Opera House on Friday (April 4), but received catcalls from fans after he didn't play a single song for 45 minutes.

Mac! Still a trend setter!

Most of those who comment on Americans and weight, etc, never even come here because they are too busy spending their money and feeding their fat faces in their local chippy. They only rely on articles/pics from the internet. I will say, you can always spot Brits in America in their shorts (true) and their black tiger hunting socks that are pulled halfway up their leg. And they're always the ones saying, 'do chips come with that.' No, salads don't come with chips here. Lol

Anyway, someone had made a mention about Pledge how the time for product on this latest thing had been extended. I have not bought anything this time around but went on to see that one person was a bit irritated because it was supposed to have ended in a couple weeks now it's been pushed back by a month and a half. Just curious if Pledge sends a message out when the details have changed.

I still reckon that cup that Mac kicked into the audience at the Phil will show up at some point. I hope they name this upcoming run the 'Cash For Gold Tour.'

What has Mac guesting with Broudie/Lightening Seeds got to do with fat people?

Exactly 5times. It started with a non-humorous post from VB. One over on that side (not America luckily!).

I'd ask which one but we'd be here all day.

He is a worried man, God bless him. He knows that the day is fast approaching when Stevie G will lift the premiership trophy, and he cannot cope with this level of stress and frustration. Hard to see the funny side under such circumstances.

Mac, on the other hand, will be loving it. It's probably why he is on the ale. He probably thought bollocks to being sober in such joyous times.

I may be wrong but didn't he say he'd given up his season ticket or something a while back (Mac that is, not VB)? I think it was around the time that The Owl was in charge.

Do you realize how much Americans and Brits have in common?

I have only met Irish working as bartenders in NYC. They are nice. Funny as anything.

You know, I'd like to see Mac play a show in shorts with black socks pulled up to his knees.

Wasn't that Mooney's outfit when played with the band?

Have I missed anything?
