I've been in one of those boxes a couple of times for other shows at the philharmonic. They are very nice. I was thinking of trying to get one for this show, but in the end I just thought bollocks and got them on the pledge thing, although I don't like the way you can't choose your seats and you have to pick them up at the box office on the night. I was thinking of joining the philharmonic's priority booking scheme but that's another thirty quid.

Maybe I should have waited till Friday, but I'm like a kid with this kind of thing-I always think everybody in the world will be after a ticket and there won't be any left.

Bloody hell, I could have written that myself, spooky! Phoned this morning and apparently there were plenty of tickets left for the boxes but I'm too tight to pay for that £30 priority booking scheme. I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.

There'll be none left on Friday, GJ. Word on the street round here is that everybody is buying the booking priority thingy and getting four tickets each. The boxes went at 10.30.

Here's a thing. If I can buy tickets on the Philharmonic website on Friday, can I cancel my pledge? That way, this pledge can be a 'security' till Friday.

Went for a cd but had a rethink and cancelled the vinyl, way over-priced.

I haven't yet. Got an email from Gigsandtours.com saying there's a pre-sale for some of the Bunnymen shows including the Phil at 9.00 tomorrow morning. Bloody hell, how many different pre-sales can you get? Glad I didn't fork out the £30 for the mo'.
