Bunnymen xmas quiz

Postby 5times » Mon Dec 02, 2013 8:51 am

Seeing as everybody is so animated by the thought of the up-coming gig, I thought I'd raise the sense of anticipation even further by announcing the bunnymen Christmas quiz.
It's really simple- you answer the question and then you set your own for the next person. The person who sets a question (nothing daft, mind) which nobody can answer is the winner and will receive a used ticket for this year's show, sometime after the 14th.

Question 1: Where was Pete de Freitas born?

Question 2: Scottish band Strawberry Switchblade's single 'Since Yesterday' was released on Warners' offshoot Korova Records as was much of the Bunnymen's early output but which other Bunnymen related label connects the two bands?

Question 4. Mac sometimes quoted Leonard Cohen's 'Suzanne' when performing Crocodiles, while Cohen's original included the line 'she feeds you tea and oranges that come all the way from China', for what brand of fruit did Mac replace the tea and oranges?

Class. Didn't have a video recorder when that was on The Tube, saved my pennies to buy a BASF chromedioxide VHS tape and got a mate to tape it for me. Couldn't watch it for months until I managed to nag my parents into a trip to Radio Rentals.

To the shores of Lake Placid. Winter Olympics, 1980

I used to have that album, and I stupidly gave it away.
Back later with a question...
