I feel obliged to watch the bunnymen, or Mac, if they are doing a gig close by. Like it's my duty or something. I bet others have this as well. I wasn't going to watch Mac in St Helens back in February but I eventually succumbed and went. I wasn't going to bother with the xmas show this year, but as soon as I saw the tickets on sale I bought three, without even thinking about it. Like I had to. I feel a bit guilty for not having watched poltergeist yet...
Why have I developed this weird loyalty to the bunnymen? They wouldn't exactly miss me if I didn't go. I can't see Mac scanning the audience and asking "where's 5times tonight?"

the bleak hope that tonight is going to be the one? I tend to go if its local, cant be bothered going miles and miles (streets and streets and streets that is) unless its a special do. I'd probably go to cornwall if they did carnglaze caverns that was mooted a fe years ago, - or maybe not. But deffo not for the usual set.
fanboy loyalty to some extent I suppose.

I went all the way to Glasgow to watch them in the Apple shop. I was chuffed that I'd 'won' free tickets, despite it costing a fortune in petrol.

I can't even be arsed going into town to see them these days. Never thought it'd come to this back in the days of my fanatical youth.

How often do you visit FatCherry's granny?

Purveyor of the 'semi-predictable one-liner (which) embodies the essence of the type of comedic crap we grew to love here. VB is a crazy fool'
