Walked past where the old probe used to be today. Criminal that they turned it into a Ted Baker shop.

Used to love it round there when I was about fifteen, there was Probe, Extremes round the corner and another shop selling secondhard (?) records and tour posters for a couple of quid each which would have been worth a bloody mint now.

I used to go to probe when Pete Burns worked there. I remember that he laughed at me when I bought Nirvana by the Icicle Works. It was a damn sight better than misty circles or whatever it was.

Soon after I started to while away my Saturdays in pubs and at the match (I was all of 15...)

Great record shop though, Probe. Best ever.
