Morrissey 25: Live

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

We've got a new picture house in town - and when I say new, I mean the old one closed about 30 years ago, so now I dont have to drive 10 miles to see a film - so I might go see this.

Did I tell you about when I went to see Morrissey?

been good so far. After that review though perhaps I should give it a miss - nope, never listen to disheartened journos is my motto. Live the dream. And never having seen the smiths (having bought my first smiths album at the back end of the 1990s I'm not open to the 'never as good as the smiths' line of disillusionment, ANyway, I prefer to find my own disillusion. After all theres plenty of that round these parts. Also, checking out the cinema website, theres a few of these gig films - robbie willliams, def leppard and one direction. the year can only get better....

Never saw the Smiths either. Bought my first Smiths album after they broke up. Did see Johnny Marr live with The The, though. Never Morrissey.

You mean you don't look like Ioan Gruffudd and Black Francis doesn't look like a taller Gael Garcia Bernal?

Settle for a short, dumpy Gael Garcia Bernal?
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

It was strange seeing 50 yr old men trying to climb up the stage, fall back and repeat.
