support slot for Primal Scream. Million miles ahead of James though I'd say. And it for a good cause...

21 March.

I'll warn Bobby in advance.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Much more 'acceptable' than James but still Primal Scream can't boast four classic albums like the bunnymen and they have never had anywhere near the aura that the bunnymen possessed form '79 to 85. It should be them supporting the bunnymen and not vice-versa.

Screamadelica is a great album by the way. [/b]

Cheers, BF but we normally run into each other in London, especially the RAH, anyway.
Isn't that right, CD?

I agree 5x (see what i did there) but the news just in from realityville says different, as does noel gallagher who is curating. I like bits of that album and bits of the one with the sarge playing - think i prefer the scream when they are doing their rolling stones tribute act than to all that druggy dancy crap. Even so, they blew oasis off the stage wheni saw em a few years ago at Reading. And seeing bobby calling the glasto audience a bunch of [insert bad word] hippies just beore being carted off stage by security on the telly was amusing. Not sureif I cn be bothered though, all the same. Haven't seen that greatest its set for a while now.

Aye, it has been known. Don't think I'll come down this time though. Still holding out a vague hope of catching a ticket for Glasgow Green nearer the time to see them with the Stone Roses.

Sonic Flower Groove, Screamadelica and XTRMNTR are all great albums. Like a fair from their other ones too. As FC said their Stones tributey thing is grand, and I prefer the original mix of Come Together over the Weatherall one.

Should be a great show with an excellent lightshow.Got to see Primal Scream early Dec 2012-what a great show and the sound was brilliant,so don't miss this if close by.

I so want to go, but can't. Never seen PS live, would be fun and it's been a while since I caught the Buns live.
