Killing Moon Cover

Postby Malbert » Tue Feb 05, 2013 10:00 am

I heard a few lines from "The Killing Moon" while watching "The Following" last night. I don't know who did the cover, and it wasn't fab, but I wasn't wishing I had an ice pick to stick in my ear either.
The boobs are real; the smile is fake.

i'd be interested to find out who else has covered that tune as well. heard a cover version of it in the store a month or so ago, but also couldn't place the artist. (also thought it inferior to the original, but not bad.)

Miles Kane did a half-decent acoustic cover of Nothing Lasts Forever and his former band The Rascals covered All That Jazz for the soundtrack of the football hooliganism film Awaydays. He's excellent live by the way.

Greg Laswell did a lovely version of Killing Moon.

Miles Kane and all associated are dreadful.
