Thing about the Xmas gigs is when I go pissed they are fantastic but sober not so much fun to be sardined in that black hellhole. But great to see them putting in a great show with effort

Pretty predictable set but if delivered still a bloody top notch listen.....

Glad Mac seemed to be on his best behaviour for those in attendance.......

But think we need to accept them as they are now...the best nostalgia show on the market.Of setlist latest song released 13 years ago.

13 years!!! Thought you'd got that wrong at first but it's true!!!

Last nights gig was very good, very professional but I missed a bit of the banter...
poor Mac he can't win.... voice sounded great....Will brilliant and band spot on.

Over the Wall was a highlight ......

Wonder when we will ever hear Ocean Rain again?

Great show, best Xmas gig I've been to by a long way. Highlights for me were Crocodiles, Never Stop, The Cutter (as always!) and a thumping Villiers / Roadhouse Blues. These shows can get a bit shambolic but last night's performance was sharp and tight, maybe having just the one performance worked better? Great audience as well. Top night. Tempted to get tickets for one of the James shows now, wish they'd do a warm up gig at the Phil for that tour.
Purveyor of the 'semi-predictable one-liner (which) embodies the essence of the type of comedic crap we grew to love here. VB is a crazy fool'

And so ends 2012.

Based on the reviews, I wish I were there to see and hear it all.

Good to see them getting a decent write up for a change even if the setlist is still seemingly set in stone.

You get Scouser and Dr. Cheese out and I may just have to travel to the UK. I'm told I have a lovely California accent.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts
