fat cherry wrote:no your post was fine just your opinion was wrong. But that's allowed. If it wasn't ivan wouldn't be let near a computer. Yep I know about primal scream. Name a few others then? And the part that was wrong, other than this is crap, i dont think it is, was about the wainting - because waiting doesn't really get you anywhere, though i guess networking is out of the sarge's comfort zone. And he's only going to do stuff that interest him.

I can now sleep easier knowing my post was fine, thank you.

Not sure how an opinion can be wrong but ok. I was agreeing with Ghostie, not keen on the music just because someone specific is playing on it and am not a fan of the songs. No big deal. Other collaborations besides Primal Scream can go back as far as that old Ochre Records stuff, can't recall the name at the moment but I can find it somewhere to Baltic Fleet to Jah Wobble who was interested there for a minute a year or so ago. I would hope there woul be more that is just not mentioned but I'm sticking with what I said earlier. That latest thing is kind of crap. Still only an opinion.

Another example, he did the collaboration with the art guy for the Rothko mural exhibition at the Tate a while back. Stuff is everywhere if you seek it out.

If Will wanted to I'm sure he could collaborate with a ton of musicians, but it seems like he's content just hanging around Liverpool doing his own thing. I wonder how much he's even into making music these days. He's got own thing going on with Les (Poltergeist) but I think he gave up caring about writing new music for the Bunnymen a long time ago.

nope, didn't see it but would have liked to.

the music isn't online anywhere as well. 1) don't think anyone would even video it and 2) you can't take pics in the main exhibitions at the tate anyway. i did read that the music made to accompany it had a drone type of vibe. it was made with colin from LJMU. maybe you have read the same.

the new interview beats the promo in the tattoo magazine. someone is really working hard.

also glad to see any remix of the songs being that the original versions are just plain shite. it sounds like it was a homemade recording unfortunately. not getting the wall of sound vibe over here.

3 stars in mojo......

oo er, hope the sarge's missus isn't reading this. now that'd be funny wouldn't it if all the stirring around here was really the sarge's missus.

I hope you wash that spoon once you've done with your shit-stirring.
