Heads Will Roll 7"

One of these just fetched £95 on eBay. Has anybody here got a copy and if so, would they be able to clarify its contents? What version of Villiers Terrace is on there, is it the Pat Moran produced version, or something else?

Curious...

Cheers HC, that's a lot of money, unless it's a completely different version of Villiers.

Heads will Roll was supposed to be another single but Never Stop came out instead.I havent got it but...if you play the VT version on one of the CD compilations it is different.Either Ballyhoo or Best of .Cant remember which one.

So what's the connection with the "Summer Version" of Heads Will Roll. Was that a remixed version that was originally destined for single release, instead going on to become the b-side of Never Stop. Not as good as the album version.

Ballyhoo does have a longer, unedited, mix of Villiers Terrace (and All That Jazz ) but a "remake" it ain't. There is a remake, or "funk mix" of Rescue, however. I wonder why none of these ended up as "Never Stop" b-sides. Well, in the case of Rescue I can understand it because it simply wasn't very good.

The summer version of "heads will roll" is actually the original version from the scrapped "happy loss" album which was then rerecorded as "porcupine"
