Thankfully God gave us free will to believe what we want to believe (if anything), but I'd rather believe what I was taught in church and be wrong than not believe it and be wrong.

An all-powerful, omniscient god would know if you believed in him/her/it/Idontknowwhatpronountouseforanallpowerfulomniscientgod "just in case"......

I also think that if someone is wealthy enough, he or she can believe whatever they want. Personally, I think Scientology is a crock, and you won't find me going to any Tom Cruise movies if I can help it. Or John Travolta, either. I would rather not have my cash going to support an organization founded by a science-fiction writer, thanks. Yes, I'm just jealous I didn't think of it first. What a cash cow!
