Since it's a slow Bunny news day....

General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

Too fooking right.

I figured JackT as more of a "fudge" and "shoot" kind of guy. You learn something new everyday.

That reminds me.....we played inappropriate Mad Libs in the car on vacation. I couldn't even get my 14 yr old to say "What the fuck?!" when he asked for "an exclaimation" as a fill in when he read the whole thing out loud. Then I give them the opportunity to say whatever they want for five minutes in the car, and I never have any takers! WTF?!

Use "Uranus" as a place or location when you do Mad Libs. Instant funny.

Because cutting loose with your mom isn't all that much of a rush.

I guess not, but I can tell you that my dad would never have allowed it.

Quite right. The best line was in the topic of "Being a Parent", when a noun had to be used. The sentence was "Congratulations! You're about to give birth to an asshole". Then an exclaimation was called for that read "Your child will saying, 'Holy shit' before you know it." We were all a bit punchy after being in the car for several hours.

here smiff, wasn't it you who said its not unusual for an artist (if that applies, ho ho) to have different management when flying solo as to when in the band? Though obv if they've fallen out with the band management it might be an issue. Anyway its all heresay that that is the case.

Les gets a mention in a comment on the Guardian's fashion pages:

"Berets should only be worn in the 80s by those who are in post-punk bands. For instance, if you're name is Les Pattinson, it's the 80s, and you play bass for Echo & the Bunnymen, you may wear a beret."
