Mac at Union Chapel

General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

I think the Mac acoustic thing needs a rest for a a bit and he needs a band around him.Whilst obviously Id be going if still in UK(Deffo back home to Brum to see them at Moseley later this year) the fact is yet again he is only playing Liverpool(zzzzzzzzzzz) AND the Union Chapel AGAIN.... just smacks of over-familiarity.You even know the solo setlist off by heart...bits of three new songs....throws out crowd member for breathing......encore--Waiting for my Man followed by Lips--again......last years Union Chapel and Cathedral gigs were mega...Ill save my memories.

But......solo + few hired hands= higher financial return.Perhaps he should stick to comedy more, you only need a lighting man and PA!lol

Still the best though but you know what I mean.Union Chapel again......seen it done it before.

Meanwhile here in Sweden Marty Wilson Piper is recording an album with Weeping Willows...oh for Mac to have some input from other musicians....

so much talent...he needs an artistic keep up the arse.

With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

I believe a Mac and BF collaboration would lead to greatness. Or at least a great night of drinking, though BF would probably not be to understand Mac until he was on his sixth brew.

Don't forget blackfracis's patented partial creme.
