I'm a dog person

Tired of discussing the Bunnymen and all the bands that have been influenced by them? This is the place for you.

I'm a dog person

You know what's going to happen now, don't you? Corky will run into the street and get hit by a car. The amount of money spent on this cat is ridiculous......they should have given it to a shelter to help people.

I'm a unabashed cat person, and this is awesome. Thanks for sharing, Malbert.

And I think the money spent is worthwhile. People all over donated a little bit to help this little guy out. I think it's great. Had I known I would have done the same thing.

BTW, I like dogs too.

I am also a cat person who has no problem with dogs. I like cats because they take themselves so seriously and yet are ridiculous.

Exactly like that, Ivan, except instead of a becoming a sheepdog, I turn into a German shepherd.

I can't see the point in dogs, I mean what use are they unless we find ourselves with a worldwide shortage of dog shit?

I love dogs and cats. But I like big dogs like Mastiffs and Newfoundlands and medium sized like German Shepherds. My father's last German Shepherd was a sweetheart. She loved my boys but treated Joshua extra special. She would let him get away with anything. One time I was chasing him around the backyard and we tangled and he fell. Lisa let me know right then and there that type of tomfoolery would not be tolerated in her presence. I had no doubt she would have gladly given her life to protect my boys.

This guy is definitely a dog person. Jumped into a canal to save his dog from an alligator.

I always read stories about cats eating their owner if the owner becomes incapacitated and they don't get fed like they expect. They think that the buffet is open for business. I've never read about a cat going for help.

On the other hand, and there are exceptions, but I've read a lot of stories about dogs who freak out go to great lengths to help their owners in times of need when they could have just helped themselves to their human host.

I like dogs and cats but if I need some assistance I hope a dog is around.

We had family friends who owned a really large dog when I was a child (forget what breed) but there was a break in by an armed intruder and the dog defended the family and despite being shot nine times, took down the intruder before she died.

I plan on getting either an English or American Mastiff or a Newfoundland. Both are huge fuckers but gentle and protective of children.

There's no way you are getting a dog.

I have a plan Jack. When I bring it in it will be a tiny puppy and the women will fall in love with him/her and two years later when the dog weighs 180 lbs they'll be too attached to say shit.

There will be a dog.
