Will Sergeant Things Inside

That's pretty bad referring to Les as he did and saying Les (Wes) and Will (Bill) are riding his coattails.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

I'm still a bit blown away by that article. It's not even like he was telling his mates about it in the pub. It's in print in a magazine.

Yeah it's pretty much the same thing.

I'm guessing Les won't be rejoining the band anytime soon, lol....

I asked Les that same question a few different times when I saw him out in Liverpool (Swans shows, etc) and he was very kind when he said NO. I think he also said NEVER once as well.

I like how the rest of the guys are still going on with their music/arts. I'll bet that eats Mac up inside being that the others are really enjoying themselves outside of any Bunnymen stuff.

I think all this gives more depth to the working title "Things Inside."

Mac's been a nob for a while now, I don't know how Will puts up with him.

Will has unveiled the artwork now. Postcard set looks good too. Think I might order the vinyl version of this album as well.

I ordered one of each a few weeks ago. That vinyl is a beauty, check out the label.

I am in the process of acquiring a record player anyway, largely as I have old records that don't get played anymore. I have had enough of CDs and as for MP3s, pah. So definitely starting a slow shift back to vinyl. I think Will's album will be a good one to start with as my first vinyl to be purchased since something like 1994.

Hasn't that been most of our reactions to most every song they have put out since Evergreen?

Is it possible to buy too much? Now I want the vinyl, the artwork print, and the postcards. I'll be up over £100 on pledges soon.....

True. These days though I seem to buy CDs, convert them into MP3s for the bus, or just buy plain MP3 downloads. The vinyl experience... went into a shop recently and was picking up new release LPs, it was just like the old days when buying music was fun. I may even go as far as acquiring a few Bunnymen albums up off e-bay.... only Crocs, Ocean Rain and Reverberation mind you.

That's keen. Will is probably laughing in an evil manner and rubbing his hands together right now.

Anyone bought any of the recent Bunnymen vinyl re-releases? There's a 180g Crocodiles and a Mobile Fidelity vinyl of Heaven Up Here. Just wondering if they were worth shelling out for?

Hear is my KOK conspiracy theory -

Soon low and moderately priced streo speakers will greatly improve in sound quality revealing just how crisp and painful the mp3 sounds forcing us to buy a new format.
