Well of course she is not lip syncing. Karen doesn't have to dance in unison with 15 others on a video game set with a seizure inducing light show. I mean she is *just* singing. Bor-ing!

When you can sing like that, you don't need all the other shit to make yourself sound better than you really are. I'll take boring with real talent over flash and fake talent any day.
