Whatever. I bet he didn't get enough advanced ticket sales. WCI is playing that same weekend anyway.

I would like to say I'm totally shocked at this new development, but I almost expected it really. So much for the graveyard meetup. :-(

Kind of a squandered opportunity. That Killing Moon Audi ad created a bit of a buzz in the US, I've seen many references to it online and on Sirius they were talking about Mac's tour dates and new album after playing Killing Moon on 1st Wave. They specifically mentioned the LA show. This is probably the most I've heard about the Bunnymen in the US since Evergreen.
Maybe Mac can do a surprise guest vocal on one of WCI's songs since he is free that weekend.

Another victory for VT.com perhaps. There was somebody on here criticising the design a while back for what was a wordpress-type template available for use by anyone. Probably not, as they don't listen to what might potentially make a better Bunnymen album. The last website design though, while better, was a little clunky. Keep it simples.
