So, I FINALLY watched the ad (I've been busy and away from my computer). I am ashamed to admit I laughed at the end.

I'm sooooo tired of vampires, but I love "True Blood" (that ad was more "Twilight" which I despise).

Nothing touches the 1922 Nosferatu.

I loved the Gary Oldman flick....he is one great vamp. And of course, I cannot forget "Dracula 2000" with my celeb boyfriend Gerard Bulter.

I'd forgotten the Polanski one, class. Wasn't it originally called Dance of the Vampires and it later came out as Fearless Vampire Killers? Beautifully made and starred Sharon Tate of course.

No mention of the vampires from The Lost Boys

yep i remember it as dance of the vampires, classic scene where the old bloke in disguise is at their ball with a few hundred vampires, and theres a massive mirror at the end - hilarity ensues. Alfie Bass is the jewish vampire.

I uploaded a live version of Killing Moon to YouTube a long time ago and I get an e-mail whenever anyone comments on it. Lately they have all been Audi commercial references. Also, on Sirius Radio they played Killing Moon and mentioned the ad, as well as Ian's upcoming shows in the US. Even though I hate the commercial, I'm glad they are getting some exposure over it.

My band met with a certain Bunnyman recently as we wanted to cover Killing Moon, I'll put it up in a bit, for this lovely forum to scrutinise :)
