Nah, never went to the Echo Arena - and Ocean Rain in its full entirety at the Royal Albert Hall didn't do anything for me. That and PJ Harvey's recent performance at the RAH reminded me not to go and see any gigs at that place ever again. Besides, I didn't like OR performed live: like the original recording, mostly because of the equipment they used to record it, so it has that almost tinny, lo-fi sound like an old 60s album. Having said that, haven't really listened to any Bunnymen albums since I saw them at Brixton in 2010. Maybe I should dust the CDs down and play them to remind me.

brixton was great one of the best gigs of my life!
