I am the Love that dare not speak its name
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

I've pledged for the cd and live album. I like the fragility of Mac's voice on his solo work and also like the guitar on that clip. I read that he had been listening to gospel and african rhythms . I don't like gospel music so hopefully it won't be too much of that.... and I am very keen to get the live album as that show was sooooooo good.....and the clip of Lips Like Sugar sounds great!

Funny you should mention that. I love Gospel and have been listening to Elvis' Gospel albums this week. I can't explain why but I love organs. But if it's stripped down acoustic Gospel on the cheap then I'll barf in my car.

I really hope I'll like the album, doesn't have to be up to anyone's standards but mine.

The chorus definitely sounds a little bit gospel. It actually reminds me for some reason of Blur's Tender when they went sort of gospel/Spiritualized years back.

Don't blame me this time. While normally "organ" would be my idea of a clever euphemism for "cock", "schlong" or "wiener" I was referring to the most divine of all musical instruments.
