Mac the arrogant rambling diva strikes again ...............

General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

Looking through the videos, and especially the ones
where Mac let's the audience sing, one is reminded of the
interview he gave last week on the BBC Mersey, where he
said that his throat was killing him. Might be part of the reason,
suppose he had the lurgee?

Nice to see some different songs being played live though, but
seriously considering whether or not to pester my friends and
go to the leamington spa gig!!

They seriously need a reason to tour, a new album up to scratch would
suffice.

If you guys saw withahip dancing, screaming and openly weeping at the NY Ocean Rain show you'd know he belongs here.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

I've seen EATB 3 times this year and agree that it woud be good to see a different set with perhaps some less obvious choices from the early material and also more stuff off later albums like Siberia. But I guess fans who only go to one show on a tour expect the 'greatest hits' to be played and so the band feel compelled to play them.

Let's just say we're legally married in the state of New York.

that I cannot fault them for. Most people know the band as such - they aren't the EATB musos we are.

The alternative?

Call it a day and go make music on your own that is better than anything your band has put out in the past 20 years.

That's such a great track. The start of it still makes the hairs stand up on the back of my neck. Didn't know it was on youtubes.

Then the effect of the song would be ruined. That's no good.

A noble pursuit indeed. I salute Dr. Cheese and his humanitarian efforts.
