it could be a honey trap kind of thing, devised in a smoke filled room between the finest brains in bunnyland - mac, peasey and pete the webmaster humself, whilst will was away making pictures with a slice of potato dipped in paint, and recording the slooshing noises it makes for his next album. Its a classic cold war type sting. I've seen those telly programs
