Now, now Cheese some people actually enjoy the Bunnymen's recent forays into American ftink music.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Some people thought Hitler was merely misunderstood.

11 albums if you include reverberation, you would be lucky if were not at least a little dissapointed in one or two.

I don't think he has but not sure.

What would be cool is if Will got a few musicians (maybe Les?) and went on tour to promote the new album. Maybe supporting a bigger band on tour would be the most realistic approach.

what would be best is if all concerend at bunnycamp and I mean ALL got their collective fingers out of their asses and got a decent fucking album out ..

it was looking to me like recently they were getting their shit together .. own studio .. own label, starting to make the gigs look interesting ...

As for what went on the other night who knows what the reasons are .. there are times I go to work and want to have a right blow out yelling and effinn .. intead I go into my office shut the door and switch off -- I do not have to stand on stage for 2 hours seething and getting more emotional in front of everyone -- still professinalism does come into it I suppose -- maybe the bunny camp could invest in a portable office for Mac so he can go in and close the door ...

but then it would be like watching u2 or coldplay- maybe in the 'acoustic bit' mac can say 'thank you for making our lives wonderful but please give organic fruit and veg to the homeless in africa'

Meh, it's a very good album... and better than the stuff now, certainly in comparison to Flowers or the Fountain. I only heard it in its full entirety about three years ago. Doesn't sound dated at all.

I foolishly avoided Reverberation for years and I still think they should have called themselves something else but it's a very good album nevertheless and as Ghostie says it's much better than the drivel they're peddling these days.

Reverberation is not a bad album, but no mac, no echo and the bunnymen!

The two Euphoric singles that followed are better.

yep

I was also thinking somethng similsr and at least the bunnies have these moments unlike sterile and sanitised, commercial, business like bands ...

I remember seeing U2 once 2 nights in a row and everything boneo said was clearly something from a script that he reals out night after night like a shakesperian play ..

I could not even stomach coldplay 1 night in a row ...

it seems with the bunnys they are living the tragedy....

either way whatever the personal crisis is for Mac I hoep it ain't awful like someone dying.

I am 43 today -- does that equal a personal crisis ?-- I have now drank 2 botlles of rose ..

who wants a kneecap in the head ????
