Hey VB, what about Catherine Zeta Jones? Isn't she a Welsh celebrity? I know she's moved over yonder to the good ole U.S. of A. (and pretty much married a living cadaver) but she does fit "Welsh" and "celebrity" word combo.

She came into our golf shop years ago pregnant with no make up and a beanie and she was still stunning. She was very nice too and didn't give the do you know who I am vibe.

VB, luckily this comment came since I let Jillian Michaels kick my ass everyday and Ms. Winslet has lost weight (and NOT during the "Titanic" period :) I could never be stick thin anyway, I like to eat and hate to barf). Besides, I'm a sugar whore.
