Peter Hook to play Unknown Pleasures live in its entirety

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

Who started this classic album concert trend? Cause I plan to fuck them up if our paths cross. And by fuck them up I mean run the other way if I happen to see them.

With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Big talk BF.
Purveyor of the 'semi-predictable one-liner (which) embodies the essence of the type of comedic crap we grew to love here. VB is a crazy fool'

Remember when those dudes were hassling me at Snarfs, and you got up and said, "Anybody messes with Jack has to get through me first. Unless there is a legitimate grievance."
"He was a mongoose, rather like a little cat in his fur and his tail, but quite like a weasel in his head and his habits."

Saw it in Paris yesterday.
Great show, the band was tight and no superficial stuff.
Just Warsaw and Joy Division music...
It is obvious they do it for pleasure. Small capacity halls, 3 gigs (!) in France so...
Go and see it and enjoy division ! :cool:
To the logical limit

its a grower, and out on ep next week i understand. S'pose you'd have preferred susan boyle to be doing it? lol. They've disabled comments and apparently embedding for that (well i couldn't make it work) so i guess they migth be worried about just such a reaction. remember when paul young did love will tear us apart. is that how you feel?

oo here it is...

.... and particularly bad. cant beat the eighties though. suits. hair. lip gloss. what's not to like. not even the bloke humping his guitar - i'm kind of glad sarge never used to throw such movements though.

The vocalist destroys what would otherwise sound alright. I really wish they wouldn't do that.

Yeah,thought it was pretty good till the vocals kicked in;

will admit have seen Paul Young a few times both in Sydney and London.A friend in Ramsbottom (yes "bottom" was mentioned) years ago was at a gig close by and on the bill was Joy Division and Paul Young along with a few others and she didn't bother with JoyDivision;
Also like Simple Minds but that's even worse the second time (WHY why why)-not in a row must have blocked the memory out pretty well.
The problem with self improvement is knowing when to quit.
