Anyone a Wolfmother fan? Anyone? (crickets chirp)

Ok, so this band is a little out of my usual musical comfort box, but when I want to get some serious housework done or have some time in the car alone (which rarely happens {I got 5 kids}), I crank those motherforgetters UP! (reference to SNL with Gwyneth Paltro and Cee Lo Green as host/ musical guest). Again, they are not in my usual library of alt/ 80's/ new wave stuff, but I love 'em....who's with me?!!

With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

It's hard to take this guy too seriously

Re Mike Patton: the opinion of a guy who is "psyched" about doing a "60's Italian record with strings" means nothing to me. He's just jealous because Wolfmother can kick his ass as evidenced by his being psyched about doing a 60's Italian record with strings.....'nuff said.

Don't mind the occasional tasting of the 'mother,seen them a few times.Funny around the same time in Australia Jet arrived on the scene same throw backs but different sound.
