Wild Beasts return with a new album in May

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

Mr. Brian, I find that offensive.

The BBC, Mojo and Uncut have all given it fantastic reviews. All have referenced late period Talk Talk which is a very good thing in my book...

Judging from sample tracks, Deeper, Loop The Loop, Plaything, Invisible, Reach A Bit Further and End Come Soon sound like they might be the business Wild Beasts-wise. Be a nice chill-out background music album.

There's a track called Bed of Nails, not that one though.

It's very different to the first two albums. Very sparse. Reminds me abit of Tin Drum era Japan (in terms of the arrangements) or The Colour Of Spring by Talk Talk. But very much Wild Beasts own sound as well.

Can see it being a real grower...there are layers upon layers.

The closer, End Come To Soon, is awesome.
