Ok, in an attempt to reclaim normality, some great
cover versions of Bunnymen Songs are up on The Facebook.

Post some more great ones, and we can hijack Peter's idiot suggestions.

We all know Mac and the Sarge had little to do with it.

I'm not into posting on Fuckface, but I'll give you a few I found. This is from a four-piece American band called Tremor Low, but it's like Robert Smith covering The Killing Moon. Probably the best Bunnymen cover version I have heard so far. I actually like that more than the original version.

Yes it's been deleted. That was pretty low to officially encourage fans to mock other fans doing covers of Bunnymen songs. Some may be cringeworthy and all but I don't think the BOF should openly encourage this sort of thing.

yeah like the time the DimeADozen live bootleg trading site got an e-mail from Peter's e-mail account (webmaster) to remove all Bunnymen torrents right after a link was posted here about some new shows. Some Bunnymen fans on the site protested and disputed this and even e-mailed Peasy and Pete Byrne, then suddenly the ban was lifted and Peter (webmaster) said it wasn't him.
The guy from DimeADozen says both e-mails, the "cease" e-mail and the "it wasn't me" e-mail originated from the same place with no spoofing. It sounded to me like Peter made his own decision that management was not cool with.
