Three in ten

Postby fat cherry » Tue Feb 15, 2011 5:53 am

Todays lets spot the bunnymen spot ...... so on Ken Bruce's show every morning on Radio 2 they have a quiz, 'pop master', and the winner gets to try and remember three 'hits' by some band in ten seconds. And if they get it they get a big prize instead of a mediocre one. So anyways, today it was 'echo and the bunnymen'. Well obviously...... he didn't get it, got the cutter and crocodiles (????) but couldn't remember 'saint moon'. I'm shouting at the radio but neither the bloke or the presenter took any notice.

People should be shot for not knowing about the Bunnymen.

It's very simple to remember

The Cutter
The Killing Moon
Nothing Lasts Forever

Other "hits"

Back of Love
Never Stop
Bring On The Dancing Horses
Seven Seas

"made the top 40"

I Want To Be There
Silver
Rust
Lips Like Sugar
The Game
People Are Strange

not that difficult is it?

We'd have a very small world if that was the key to not being executed.

You need to think of a rhyme, like the 'divorced, beheaded, died' one for queens.

If more people knew about the Bunnymen, they would be a darn sight more successful than they are now. So I think that person on the radio did well even to name a few songs even if one was off a same-titled album.
