And I promise there is a picture and it'll be up. I don't know why this is so difficult.

Yes, in Ohio. Since the ULC is recognized as an organized religion in this state I had to send away for another certificate in Ohio which I did. I've never performed a ceremony. I'd have to question the sanity of anyone who knows me who would want me to. I'd also have to question their commitment to marriage as well. I only did all that because I could and it only cost like 5 dollars or something.

You have to have the pic hosted somewhere. i got your e-mail and will put the photo up shortly.

The Black Francis close encounter...

Postby Mr. Brian » Sat Jan 26, 2008 10:15 am

Black Francis e-mailed this to me, red box added by me:

Now we need some details on the encounter. Probes? Time lapse? Tinfoil? Balsa wood? Take me to your leader? Wal-Mart? Just make up something cool.

Who remembers the two-parter on the 6-Million Dollar Man where Sasquatch was found out to actually be an alien robot? Those were the best episodes ever.

I just have to point out that an approaching jumbo jet from a great distance with it's nose pointing up can look a lot like a UFO and you won't hear a sound either. A little blur and poor resolution...Like so....

What was that thing's flight path? Did it act like a regular aircraft? Or just vanish from sight????

I have to tell you, so far I'm not too impressed with that photo. But I do like the enhanced version.

I was slightly exaggerating about it constituting proof but it is still unidentified.

This was taken by my father at his farm. He retired a couple of years ago and moved to the middle of nowhere, Oklahoma with no airports near and no airplanes flying overhead. That was my first impression but htey don't see planes where they live and if this were a plane it looks like it is nosing up pretty severely. It also made no noise that my father could here. It makes perfect sense now that we've established UFO's and country folk are awfully fond of one another. He was taking pictures of his farm to email to me and he noticed in a couple of them there was an object in the sky (Digital camera). When he looked to try to find it, it was gone. It looks cylindrical with something protruding from the top. The original shows the part protruding from the top more clearly and more defined. Then Brian's enhancement shows my dad and his cattle barely escaped a War of the World's type fate. The cool kind, not the Tom Cruise remake kind.

Thanks for putting this up Brian. This topic has kept me from getting any work done this week.

Oh and my dad isn't a hick. After 30 years in L.A. he just retired to OK to become one.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Now that I think about it, it looks like a flying Loch Ness Monster.

Oh Brian you just dropped a few pegs with that one. How could you not remember Steve discovering the alien base in the mountain? And Andre the Giant was the robo-sasquatch.

Could it have been an AWACS jet? They fly out of Tinker AFB in suburban Oklahoma City. Or at least they used to.

A flying Loch Ness monster would be cool, as long as it made screeching, unworldly sounds.

On the other forum Red asked something about whether Brits used of and off interchangeably or were just making typos. (I'm too lazy to find the post and get the exact question but it was something like that). I was wondering the same thing about Murcans with here and hear.
