Well Done Bunnymen....

Brilliant news that they are playing a free concert for the folk that missed the Glasgow Show in December due to the weather....... Also it's a great venue they are playing, now I'll have to find out how I buy a ticket as I managed to get to the original show.....

Once again well done.........

Sorry to change the subject Jimbo and you already know this, but I notice the new Bunnymen site is finally up... and it looks very very good. Much better than the previous "award winning" one.

So you get a free ticket if you show the original stub at the venue - Wednesday 6 April - Kounelaki...

If you can get over for this one do so, it's great wee compact venue..... Holds about a 1,000 people but as I said compact with great acoustics and in a great part of town....

Yeah Ghostie, new site is a lot better now maybe they've decided to get someone who can devote a lot more time and maybe money to it..... I thought Pete did a great job with the last site bearing in mind he was doing it in his spare time for lil' reward.......

Hopefully it will be a big improvement..........

I think the last one annoyed the hell of out of me for the embedded music and slowness loading up because of basing the whole thing round Flash. Only minor criticism with this new one is that a number of links (like Twatter) take you away from the website and you have to use your browser back button to go back. It should be done so the link opens up a new window. Also, they should put a discography in there. We know about the Bunnymen, but do others..? Also good to see they went for that comment thing after news and so forth, instead of the forum. Much better IMO. The forum had no purpose anymore, especially because of this one.

A lot of sites based on WordPress these days. But... you can spot one a mile away.

Still, it's a nice clean design.

May I take this opportunity to echo all your fine sentiments. Well done on both counts, the website looks great. Nice to see the Crocs / HUH merch on sale so quickly, the hoodie is one of the finest pieces of Bunnymen merch I call ever recall seeing.

Was feeling good until I saw this little nugget:

"When we said lets have your feedback. Please don't Twitter your feedback send it via the email page on the website. Thanks."

What other bands give their fans a public spanking like the Bunnymen do?

Take your spanking like a real man, be gracious and grateful of all you receive.

I've been told the site is still made by Peter, don't know if that's true, nor do I care, but it does look good.

You have a mole in the Bunnymen inner sanctum?
