Voodoo Billy wrote:A most pleasant evening. Great to see Shine So Hard on the big screen (first time for Will also, apparently), and La Via Luonge (I've got a copy of the original video and whilst the former is okay, only the soundtrack remains of the latter), I'd forgotten how good Will's soundtrack was. Will and Bill Butt were on good form and answered questions and shared some anecdotes for about half an hour before we were treated to the Porcupine videos. A certain Mr Pattinson was in the audience as was Paul Simpson of the legendary Wild Swans.

If I still owned a VHS player that is.

Voodoo Billy wrote:Both Will and Bill seemed in agreement that it would be worthwhile releasing them on DVD whilst accepting that it had been discussed for years without happening as yet. Having seen all three films in one go last night, they did seem to fit well as a set even though the Porcupine film was originally released a year or two later than the other two of course.
