..just spoke to the ticket bookings office and despite the confirmation email saying otherwise there are NO tickets to collect or be sent out-so print out your receipt as proof to get in.

venue schmenu. have you been since they expanded it? Not that its much different. Upstairs is the same though they've squeezed and extra bar in, but they've extended downstairs so its now the largest room. Low stage and V low roof though, so not much cop if you get stuck behind the big bloke who jumps around alot. MOnday night gig not much to shout about either.
You ought to get your band on there. the oxford studes and crusties that inhabit the place would love you.

Dont start me on crusties and the old Stourbridge 'scene'! Neds Atomic Dustbin supported my old band way back in 1987 down Digbeth and managed to get us booed off by Stourbridge College students!lol.Dreadlocked crusties..aaaaggghhhh

And Ticketmaster they should not be...

They say the ticket for December 12th will arrive within 5 days of that show, even though it was ordered months ago and they've said its in the process of being printed since late October. I'll be far from home by that time. What a hassel. TicketMaster UK is piss poor.

just been on the oxford o2 website to get an extra ticket for my bro and only just seen they still charge postage even if you get to print it out yourself. so charges an extra 20%. life eh.

Anyone else going to oxford or is it just me, mrs cherry and bro?

Cheers for the advice fc. Don't think he'll be on though, but snow bad down in London town. Maybe Glos'll be cancelled, snow bad inWinchester, it's awful and monotonous like at Bono speech. Oxford is clearly immune to the weather, but it is very cold.
Looking forward to the shows though agree Beer at o2 is pigswill.
Don't think there'll be a ticket rush if Mac is on strictly, most people will have no idea who he is. Probably wonder why a 40 yr old man wearing prescription shades is singing with the maniacs.

They'll be even more surprised when they see a 51 year old singing with them then.
