Gordy can step in during A Promise when Mac might have to concentrate on the vocals a little more; unless we get Mac's lo-fi vocal version, and I guess the acoustic on All My Colours.

Whatever happens, it'll be great if Mac plays guitar and well worth the ticket and hassle of travelling down into London south of the ol' Thames. It's the only thing I haven't see him do, other than playing an acoustic doing a small set five years ago. Ocean Rain at RAH was supposed to be the last Bunnymen gig for me... ever, but I'm expecting Crocs/HUH will top that. Mac plays guitar and it'll be even more better.

Just clocked 'too much gain on Gordie's guitar' lol.Yeah that Metallica 110% overdrive sound is just too much!Bunnymen sponsored by Mesa Boogie-that would be interesting. They might play Burned in full.Still love the Sister Pain era...

Preach on brother.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Know how.

Mac: Now lad, for this one, muff the strings.
Gordie: you mean mute.
Mac (slaps gordie across the chops) :don't be so cheeky
Gordie: sorry Mac
Mac: Muff the strings and play really fast, the sound'll be lost to the audience
and they'll be amazed by how fast you can strum the soddin' guitar.
Gordie: Wow Mac you're the best teacher of all time.
Mac: I know.

Meanwhile in the Corner a large man with a fringe shakes his head in disbelief, muttering under his breath something that sounds suspiciously like "fecking amateurs."
